Drop-off only – Parents are not permitted to stay inside the facility during practices. (Players and coaches only)
Parking – Please park down the road near Food Emporium or Wawa. Do not block entrances or driveways.
Restroom Access – A bathroom is located in the first white building when you drive in. Enter through the front door and turn left.
No food, gum, or sunflower seeds inside the facility.
No metal cleats
Respect the facility and equipment – No hanging on nets or misusing equipment.
Please clean up after your team before leaving.
General Rules
Waiver Required – All players must have a signed waiver and agree to our Terms of Service before participating.
Supervision – Players under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at check-in.
Respect – Players, parents, and spectators are expected to respect coaches, officials, staff, and other players at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal without refund.
Safety First – No swinging bats or throwing balls outside of designated areas. Helmets must be worn when hitting.
No Tobacco/Alcohol/Drugs – Zero tolerance on all academy grounds.
Facility Rules – No metal cleats, no gum, and no sunflower seeds are permitted anywhere in the facility.
Camp Rules
Arrival & Pick-Up – Players must be dropped off and picked up on time. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.
Gear – Players should bring glove, bat, helmet, water bottle, and appropriate footwear. Cleats are not permitted indoors.
Dress Code – Camp T-shirt (if provided), athletic pants/shorts, and proper shoes are required.
Food/Allergies – Outside snacks are allowed but must be nut-free. Please notify staff of any allergies in advance.
Conduct – Positive attitude and full participation are expected. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from camp.
League Rules
Roster & Eligibility – All players must be registered and assigned to a team before play begins. Substitutes are not permitted unless approved by staff.
Game Play – Games follow standard baseball rules with modifications at the discretion of BBA staff (time limits, pitch counts, mercy rules, etc.).
Sportsmanship – Arguing with umpires or staff will not be tolerated. Coaches and players must display respect at all times.
Equipment – Bats must meet league requirements; helmets and catchers’ gear are mandatory.
Attendance – Teams must field the minimum number of players to avoid a forfeit. Please notify staff if your team cannot attend.
Weather Policy – In case of inclement weather, games may be rescheduled or canceled at the academy’s discretion.
