Team Booking & Rental Policies

• Waiver Required – All players must have a signed waiver and agree to BBA’s Terms of Service before participating.
• Deposit and Payment – A 20% deposit is required to reserve the team’s dates and times and will be applied toward the total rental cost. The remaining 80% may be paid at any time but must be paid in full no later than the team’s first scheduled practice day.
• Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 60 days before the team’s first scheduled practice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before the first scheduled practice will forfeit the 20% deposit, but no additional balance will be owed.
• Once Rentals Begin – Once the first practice has taken place, all payments are nonrefundable. Missed or canceled practices will not receive a refund, credit, or makeup date.

Facility Rules

• Parents – Parents may not enter the facility during team practices. Players and coaches only.
• Parking – Drop-off is preferred for team practices. Parents who choose to stay must park in a designated parking space. Do not wait or park anywhere outside a parking space, as this can block other vehicles and cause traffic buildup.
• Rental Time – Teams may begin making their way into the facility five minutes before their scheduled practice, but no earlier. Rentals are scheduled back-to-back, so setup, practice, and cleanup must be completed within the reserved time. Teams must be out of the facility when their reservation ends.
• Restroom Access – Restrooms are located in the first white building when you enter the property. Enter through the front door and turn left.
• Proper Footwear – Metal cleats are not allowed. Only sneakers or turf shoes may be worn indoors.
• Food – Food, gum, and sunflower seeds are prohibited inside the facility.
• Safety – Helmets must be worn when hitting.
• Equipment – Do not hang on nets or misuse equipment.
• Supervision – Players under 18 using the facility without a BBA instructor must be supervised by a responsible adult or team coach.
• Conduct – Players, parents, coaches, and guests must treat BBA staff, equipment, and other participants respectfully. Fighting, bullying, dangerous horseplay, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal without refund.
• Prohibited Items – Smoking, vaping, alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and weapons are prohibited on BBA property.
• Damage – Any damaged equipment or facility damage must be reported to BBA. The renting team is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused by its players, coaches, or parents.
• Cleanup – Teams and renters are responsible for cleaning their areas, putting all equipment and items back where they were found, and removing all belongings and trash before leaving.
