Holiday HitTrax League - Buchman Baseball Academy

Duration: 3 weeks of round-robin play + single-elimination playoffs
Games: Each team plays 2 games per night (two 30-minute games, doubleheader style)
Teams: 4–6 players per team
Ages: Open to all ages & skill levels
Cost: $400 per team
Technology: HitTrax simulator tracks every swing — exit velocity, distance, and live in-game stats

League Capacity & Scheduling: League days are planned for Thursdays and Sundays. Times are subject to change depending on the number of teams registered. Regular season schedules will be sent to captains by 11/29.
Check-In: Arrive 10–15 minutes early to warm up. Late teams may forfeit.
Rosters: Minimum 4 players per team. Subs allowed with approval. Teams may include younger players playing up, but older players are not permitted to play down.
Team Captain: Each team must designate one captain. The captain is responsible for entering all roster information (player names and ages) and submitting one payment on behalf of the team. Only one submission per team will be accepted.
Player Accounts & Waivers: Every player must create an account on the Buchman Baseball Academy website before league play begins. Creating an account ensures that all players have reviewed and agreed to the required waiver.
Payment & Refunds: Full payment is due by 11/26 to secure your spot. No refunds will be issued after this date. This deadline ensures we can finalize rosters, build the bracket, and have everything ready before Opening Night.
Sportsmanship: Respect the facilities, equipment, and other teams. Poor behavior or abuse of the HitTrax system may result in removal without refund.
General Note: HitTrax automatically adjusts field dimensions based on team age, so teams of different age groups (for example, 8U vs. 12U) can compete on an even playing field.
