Thursday Division: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3 and 12/10. Start times are 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
Sunday Division: 11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 12/6 and 12/13. Start times are 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
Thanksgiving Break: No games on 11/26 or 11/29

Game Times: Each week, two teams will be assigned to each start time. The fifth team will have its scheduled bye. Assigned start times may vary each week.

🏆 Playoffs & Prizes
The top two teams in each division will play for their division championship.
The two division winners will advance to the Holiday HitTrax League Championship.

📌 Important Info
League Capacity & Scheduling: Registration is limited to five teams in the Thursday Division and five teams in the Sunday Division. Assigned start times and bye weeks will be sent to team captains by 10/29.
Division Selection: Captains may select the Thursday Division, Sunday Division or No Preference when registering. Teams choosing a specific division must be available for either start time within that division. Teams choosing No Preference will be placed in either division based on availability.
Check-In: Arrive 10–15 minutes before your assigned start time for warmups and batting practice. Late teams may forfeit.
Rosters: Teams must have 4–6 players. Subs are allowed with prior approval.
Team Captain: Each team must designate one captain to complete registration and submit one payment for the entire team. BBA will contact the captain after registration to collect the final roster, including each player’s name and age.
Player Accounts & Waivers: Every player must create a BBA account before league play begins. Creating an account ensures that all players have reviewed and accepted the required waiver.
Payment & Refunds: Full payment is due at registration to secure the team’s spot. All registrations are final and non-refundable. This allows BBA to finalize rosters, assign bye weeks and create game schedules before opening night.
Sportsmanship: Respect the facility, equipment and other teams. Poor behavior or abuse of the HitTrax system may result in removal without a refund.
General Note: HitTrax automatically adjusts field dimensions based on each player’s age, allowing players of different ages to compete on an adjusted playing field.
