How do I book a session?
All sessions — lessons, cage rentals, and facility rentals — can be booked directly on our website. Just select your service, choose a time, and pay online.
Can I choose my coach for one-on-one training?
Yes! When booking, you’ll be able to view our available coaches and select the one that best fits your needs.
What is HitTrax, and how do I add it?
HitTrax is a baseball training technology that provides real-time data, video analysis, and simulated gameplay. You can add HitTrax to any lesson, winter training, or cage rental by selecting it during booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
For winter training and camps, we offer a 30-day cancellation policy. For all other bookings, cancellations must be made in advance. Please review terms during checkout for details.
How far in advance can I book?
You can usually book up to one month in advance, depending on coach and facility availability.
What equipment should players bring?
Players should bring their own bats, gloves, helmets, and sneakers or turf shoes. No metal cleats, seeds, or gum are allowed inside the facility.
Can parents stay during training?
To keep sessions focused and safe, drop-off only is permitted. Parents can return for pick-up at the scheduled end time.
Do you offer refunds or credits?
For cancellations within policy, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. Please check the booking terms before checkout.
Do you accept multiple children in one booking?
Each child must be registered individually, but parents can complete multiple bookings at once.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely online through Stripe. We currently accept all major credit cards.
