Welcome to Buchman Baseball Academy (“BBA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in any program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Our programs and services are primarily for youth players under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
By booking services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to do so.
Services may include lessons, camps, clinics, rentals, or other baseball-related activities.
All bookings must be made through our website or directly with staff.
Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Private Lessons & Facility Rentals: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit toward future services. No refunds will be issued for private lessons, cage rentals, or facility rentals.
Camps, Clinics & Special Programs:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date will receive credit only, which may be applied to future programs.
No-shows or cancellations made after the program has started are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Credits will be issued in the form of an account balance or code, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Buchman Baseball Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Baseball and athletic training involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury.
By participating in any program, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with baseball activities.
You release and hold harmless Buchman Baseball Academy, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising from participation.
Participants and guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.
No outside coaching, instruction, or unauthorized use of equipment is permitted.
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and materials, are the property of Buchman Baseball Academy and may not be used without written permission.
We collect limited personal information (such as contact details) to process bookings and improve services.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.
