Buchman Baseball Academy LLC (“BBA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit buchmanbaseball.com, create an account, contact us, register a participant, book a service, make a payment, subscribe to our newsletter, or use BBA’s programs and facility.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Contact Information – Name, email address, phone number, billing address, and any information included in a message sent to BBA.
• Account Information – Username, email address, password, account preferences, booking history, and order history.
• Booking and Payment Information – Services selected, appointment dates and times, transaction amounts, payment status, refunds, credits, and limited payment-method details.
• Participant Information – Player name, age, team information, selected programs, skill level, registration choices, and other information needed to provide a lesson, rental, camp, clinic, party, or other service.
• Team Information – Team name, coach or team representative information, team captain information, and player or team-member names.
• Emergency and Health Information – Emergency contacts, allergies, medical conditions, medications, required accommodations, or other safety information when requested or voluntarily provided for a program.
• Waivers and Consents – Signed waivers, acknowledgments, permissions, and related records.
• Communications – Messages, requests, feedback, reviews, and other communications sent to BBA.
• Photos, Videos, and Testimonials – Content submitted to BBA or collected and used with appropriate permission.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment-card information is submitted directly to Stripe. BBA may receive transaction details, such as the payment amount, payment status, and limited payment-method information, but does not store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own systems. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technology

4. HitTrax and Training Technology

When a participant uses HitTrax, performance information may be collected, including the participant’s name, age, account information, baseball or softball metrics, statistics, images, or video. HitTrax is operated by a separate provider, and its collection and use of information are also governed by the HitTrax Privacy Policy.

A parent or guardian should create or authorize any HitTrax account used by a child under 13.

5. How We Share Information

BBA may share information with:

• Coaches, employees, and authorized staff who need the information to provide services or protect participant safety
• Payment processors, including Stripe
• Website hosting, online booking, e-commerce, email, analytics, security, and technology providers
• Professional advisers, insurers, accountants, or attorneys when reasonably necessary
• Government agencies, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect safety, rights, or property
• A successor organization in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of BBA’s business

BBA does not sell or rent personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information belonging to children.

6. Children’s Privacy

BBA provides programs for youth participants, but website accounts, bookings, registrations, purchases, and contact forms are intended to be completed by a parent, guardian, coach, or other authorized adult.

Children under 13 should not create an account, make a booking, submit a form, or provide personal information directly through our website. A parent or guardian may provide information about a child when registering the child for a BBA service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

A parent or guardian may contact BBA to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted about their child, subject to applicable legal, safety, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts and transaction records, administer waivers, address safety or insurance matters, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and business requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it or remove identifying details.

8. Data Security

BBA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and BBA cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact BBA to request that we:

• Provide information about the personal information we maintain about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Delete personal information, subject to applicable legal, safety, insurance, tax, and business recordkeeping requirements
• Close your customer account
• Review, correct, or delete information submitted about your child
• Stop sending promotional emails

Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe by using the link included in a promotional email or by contacting BBA. Service-related communications concerning active registrations, appointments, payments, safety matters, or account activity may still be sent when necessary.

We may request information needed to verify the identity and authority of someone making a privacy request.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to services operated by other companies. BBA is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or services. Visitors should review the privacy policies of those providers.
